200 g pasta of your choice
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 grams of dried tomato spice
2 g masala “Vegetarian Classic”
1 tablespoon horseradish
50 grams of chopped hazelnuts
½ spoon of sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
½ handful of basil leaves
1 mozzarella cheese ball
1. Add the selected pasta to boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package. Chop the onion and garlic, cut the pepper into large pieces. Add olive oil to the pan and add the vegetables, cook until the vegetables are soft.
2. Add dried tomato seasoning, veggie classic seasoning, horseradish, chopped hazelnuts, sprinkle sugar, pour red wine vinegar and mix everything well over the roasted vegetables. Put the vegetables in a container and grind them with a kitchen blender until smooth.
3. Put the cooked pasta and mashed vegetables in a bowl, mix everything well. Serve with shredded mozzarella and basil leaves.
